This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of products purchased through our online store. Olor Fresco is an Indian company, limited by shares, registered vide Partnership Deed, having its registered office at B-45 Khatri Niwas, Krishna Nagar, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh 281004.


Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our third-party logistics partner, Shiprocket, for delivery.


Shipping & Delivery Timeline

We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping destination and serviceability of the pincode. On average:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or logistics delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the status and location of your shipment through the Shiprocket tracking portal.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are managed by Olor Fresco and will be either included in the product pricing or calculated at checkout, depending on ongoing promotions or offers.


Serviceable Locations

We ship to most pincodes across India through our logistics partner. However, in rare cases where delivery is not possible, we will inform you and initiate a full refund or suggest alternate arrangements.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Olor Fresco is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim. However, we’re happy to assist you in facilitating this process.
